1. Introduction

Previtro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a retail intermediary for at-home diagnostic health screening kits. All testing services, sample analysis, and reports are provided solely by our partnered UK-based accredited laboratory (“Laboratory Partner”). We do not manufacture test kits, conduct laboratory testing, or provide medical advice.

By ordering or using a test kit via our website, you (“you” or “the Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Liability Release and Disclaimer.

2. Our Role as an Intermediary

You acknowledge that:

• Our role is limited to taking orders and forwarding customer details to the Laboratory Partner for fulfilment.

The Laboratory Partner is solely responsible for:

• Shipping the test kit to you
• Processing and analysing your sample
• Issuing test results

We do not supervise or control any part of the testing process or results interpretation.

3. No Medical Advice

The test kits and any results provided:

• Are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Are for informational purposes only.
• Should not be relied upon as a replacement for consultation with a GP or qualified healthcare professional.

You should consult a registered healthcare professional before acting on any test results.

4. UK Consumer Law & Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

• Errors, delays, or omissions in test processing
• Shipping, delivery, or lost/damaged test kits
• Accuracy, reliability, or interpretation of test results

Any remedy for faulty or incorrect testing lies directly with the Laboratory Partner.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

This complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Protection Regulations in the UK.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Follow all instructions provided with the kit
• Ensure samples are collected, packaged, and returned according to instructions
• Provide accurate personal information
• Maintain privacy and security of your test results

Failure to comply may invalidate the test or affect accuracy.

6. Laboratory Partner Terms

All test kits, analysis, and results remain under the control and responsibility of the Laboratory Partner and may be subject to their own terms and policies. By using a test kit, you agree to the Laboratory Partner’s terms in addition to ours.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Previtro, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the test kit or results
• Breach of this agreement
• Any dispute with the Laboratory Partner

8. No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantee regarding:

• Suitability of the test for your personal health needs
• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of results
• Availability or turnaround times of specific tests

9. Governing Law

This Liability Release is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing, using, or activating a test kit via our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Liability Release & Disclaimer.
